Contact Us

The only way to reach us is by email. There is no contact form on this site, because there is no system behind it to receive one — a form that silently discards your message would be worse than no form at all.

Before you write

We are a small editorial team, not a support desk. We read everything that arrives and aim to reply within a few working days, but we cannot provide urgent help. If you need to speak to someone now, the responsible gambling page lists free UK helplines, including the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, open 24 hours a day.

What we can help with

  • Reporting an error. If a bonus term, payout time, licence detail or company name is wrong, tell us the page address and what you believe the correct position is. Where we can verify it, we correct it and update the page date.
  • Requesting a correction or a right of reply. If you represent an operator and something we have published is inaccurate, write to us with the specific point and the document that supports it. We will consider it on the evidence.
  • Questions about the content. How a rating was reached, why a casino is or is not in a table, where a particular figure came from.
  • Partnership and affiliate enquiries. We are open to talking to operators, but commercial terms have no bearing on ratings or placement — see the affiliate disclosure for what that means in practice.
  • Privacy requests. Access, correction, erasure or objection under the GDPR. The privacy policy explains what we hold.

What we cannot help with

We cannot resolve complaints about a casino. We are a publisher and we have no authority over any operator: we cannot look into an account, chase a withdrawal, reverse a decision or release a bonus. If you have a dispute, take it up with the operator first, in writing, and then with its licensing authority — the are they safe page explains which regulators exist and what they can and cannot do for you.

We also cannot give legal, tax or financial advice, and we cannot advise you on whether to gamble. For support with gambling harm, please use the services listed on the responsible gambling page rather than writing to us — they are trained for it and we are not.

About the site itself

Who we are, how we work and what we do not claim to do is set out on the about page. If your question is about how ratings are produced, the methodology is the place to start — most enquiries are answered there already.
